    These Terms of Service govern your use of www.pawvenir.com and your purchase of products from Pawvenir, a brand operated by Edens Romance LLC ("Pawvenir," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website and place an order.

    2. Our products are made to order

    Pawvenir sells personalized and handmade pet keepsakes. Every item is produced after you order it, using the photograph and personalization details you supply.

    You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Please review spelling, dates, names, size selection, and your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We produce exactly what you submit.

    3. Photographs and personalization content

    When you upload a photograph or submit personalization content, you confirm that:

    • You own the photograph, or you have permission from the owner to use it for this purpose
    • The content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
    • The content is not unlawful, offensive, hateful, or obscene

    You grant Pawvenir and our production partners a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, and use your photograph and personalization content solely to design, produce, and deliver your order, and to keep a copy for 90 days after delivery as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when that retention period ends. We will not use your content for marketing or any other purpose without your separate, explicit permission.

    You agree to indemnify Pawvenir against claims arising from content you submit that infringes a third party's rights.

    We may refuse or cancel any order whose content we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or offensive. If we do, we will refund you in full.

    4. Handmade items vary

    Our pieces are sculpted, painted, felted, stitched, or finished by hand from your photograph. They are artistic interpretations, not mechanical reproductions.

    Small variations in color, texture, finish, and proportion are a normal and expected characteristic of handmade work, and each piece is unique. Colors may also appear differently on your screen than in person. These variations are not defects and are not grounds for a refund.

    5. Pricing and payment

    All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout, before production begins.

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or breach of these terms. If we cancel, we refund in full.

    6. Order changes and cancellation

    You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins, by emailing support@pawvenir.com with your order number. After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled, because the item is already being made specifically for you.

    7. Production, shipping, and delivery

    • We ship to addresses within the United States only.
    • Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
    • Production takes 7–14 business days. Delivery within the US takes a further 6–12 business days after dispatch.
    • Your items are produced at our partner artisan workshop in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, and shipped from there.
    • Tracking becomes available once your order is ready to ship, and we email it to you at that point.

    Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, seasonal demand, or other events outside our control. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

    8. Returns and refunds

    Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for customer ordering errors. Every item is inspected before it is dispatched.

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with personalization that does not match what you submitted, contact us at support@pawvenir.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. If we approve the claim, we arrange a replacement or return at our cost, and any refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    9. Intellectual property

    All content on this website — including our logo, brand name, text, designs, graphics, and product photography — is the property of Edens Romance LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission. This does not affect your rights in the photographs you upload, which remain yours.

    10. Acceptable use

    You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, or to submit content you are not entitled to submit.

    11. Disclaimers

    The website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

    12. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawvenir and Edens Romance LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it.

    Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

    13. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

    14. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
